Ahrefs' 0–100 score estimating the strength of a website's backlink profile relative to others.
Domain Rating (DR) is a metric from Ahrefs that scores a website's backlink profile on a logarithmic scale from 0 to 100. It reflects the quantity and quality of referring domains, not content quality or traffic directly.
DR is comparative: moving from 0 to 20 is far easier than 60 to 80. A backlink from a higher-DR site generally carries more weight, so as a directory or publisher grows its own DR, every link it gives out becomes more valuable. DR is a third-party estimate, not a Google metric.
